First Post - Hello and nice to be here!

I just got involved with the site and registered Dragon Age II. I read about how game stats we're tracked in game and displayed in the Bioware network. I think the whole Bioware Social Network thing is amazing. I've tried to do research on my question but haven't found any answers.

I have beaten Mass Effect 1, 2 and DA:O. I would also like my characters from those games to be added on here, but unfortunately I sold the games after completing theme so I don't have their UPC Codes to officially "register" them. Is there anyway around this? I was always logged into my EA account while playing these games so the stats we're tracked.

Only Dragon Age Origins and Dragon Age 2 characters can be uploaded so far, don't think BioWare however will make it work for games released already.
Indirectly, to make a character from Origins upload, you had to have your account on the BSN already prepared. So now that you don't have the game anymore, it can't be uploaded (because the data is uploaded from the game). However, if you're interested only in a character face, you can download the character creator for Dragon Age Origins and upload some faces with that program, which is completely free. Statistics of the characters will stay on 0 though.

Okay I see - that makes me feel better actually because I can't do it now anyway. I still wish I had registered the games while I had them and got my DA:O character on here. I thought I had read during loading screens of ME 1&2 that the "game stats" we're tracked and we're viewable on my Social Bioware account or something through EA. I'm not sure what that meant. Regardless though, since I don't have copies of the games anymore it wouldn't matter anyway.

It sucks that I can only add a 1/4th of the Bioware games I've done on here =[

For PC, provided you were correctly logged in your data actually should have been uploaded, registering only grants access. Consoles are black magic but as long as you haven't gone and done something stupid like change your Gamertag lately I believe the same rules apply. Since keys aren't stored you could register any key and that should be enough, though mind that you are given a unique persona per platform (a PC version will not help you).

ME2 uploads statistics to a knowledge database, not characters. It's purely for research purposes and that's not going to change.

Yeah I'm on the 360. So you're saying I could use any UPC Code for the respective game to register them and upload my stats and or characters?
