I'm just curious as to which companions can die and when they can die. I know that:

Bethany/Carver can die in the Deep Roads
Anders can die at tne end

i have uncomfirmed reports you can sell fenris into slavery, you can kill him if it doesnt side with you at the end.

Isabela can be given to the Qunari. Thats pretty much a death sentence.

[Icy Magebane]

Somebody mentioned a few minutes ago that Aveline can die if she's a rival and you side with the mages.
