After I tank and spank as my arcane warrior I want to try a rouge.

I would like to get some clarification in regards to my intended build, and if there are better options for what i would like to do.

Wants : 


A stealthy supporter, that still can dish out damage from Close combat, and from afar.

I want to backstab everything that has the chance of being flanked. However I have read so
many threads and comments that Dual weilding daggers is just not plausible So my questions are.....

What should I focus on if I want to do decent damage with a longbow ( the one you find in the ruins after killing the dragon?) (Also want to pick of mages with devastating accuracy)

I want to deal decent backstab damage (Not OMG godly, but enough to take most comers on with relative ease)

I want to have decent armor.

I also wonder if daggers are even worthwile?

So basically a build that focuses on scrapping, with archery support, and lock picking and stealth?

any suggestions?

Human Noble, or City elf?

I also would like clarification on if dual weilding longswords is better than daggers, and what a suggested build would be?

Oh 360 player btw.
