DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE - DLC and LIVE CHAT

here is my issue, i had two accounts and brought dragon age origins for the pc, ps3 and xbox, addicted much....
i also brought many add on packs.
my issue is that all platforms are ok except the ps3 platform missing DLC in game, but it shows on my bioware entitlement. 
dealing with live chat getting passed from one person to the next over a 5 day period, over 14 hours in live chat, grrrr there so slow, trying to get some resolve i get this

deleted everything - reinstalled updated deleted cookies.

Live chat usually can often have the lowest level of support personnel manning it - this may not be the case for all companies, but with the likes of EA it would not supprise me if it is the case.

You would be much better off submitting a support ticket and then if the person that replies can not help ask just ask for it to be escallated to a higher level or for the manager to take a look at your problem.

For Category you will want to select Account/Registration, and then Product Registration - click the "Continue with Email" button not "Live Chat"!

EA support can be very variable depending on who actually looks into your issue, some of the issues I have had have been resolved within minutes (for example my most recent one), some within weeks - but any issues I have had in the past did get resolved eventually.

Something I always recommend when dealing with support staff is make sure you are polite. Yes, problems can be very fustrating but if you are rude generally support staff will be much less inclined to want to actually help you out.

i was not rude one bit i was upset that because they cant be bothered to resolve the issue they rather just get rid of you by banning you. its stupid. i have been very chilled throughout the whole problem. i am a polite guy always have been. i can understand that they get stressed about things when theres only a few of them working. but thats not my fault.
i have checked something out after a bit of research and i clicked my profile. my pc profiles fine my ps3 says jrnrambo thats not a character ihhave ever made ever and when i click diagnostics it says invalid persona.game combination. i click sync profile and nothing happens

Ask them to remove/reset your PS3 persona on your EA account so that you can relink it - sounds like that should fix your issue.

i asked them they said the persona doesnt exists and cant remove it and said they couldnt help me, great uh!

my account needs to be wiped and rebuilt, but they cant be bothered.
