Great. Basically crap is going down today. We're renovating the basement (where I play my games) and NOW my pops is tearing up the carpet in preporation for new flooring. He unplugged all the electronics to make room. Wow. Wow. Really? I knew that I wouldn't be able to play Arrival today, but it looks like I won't be able to play Arrival until the weekend at the earliest. I'll probably just watch a playthrough on Youtube, so my brain doesn't hemorrage.

Better yet you can check out GT's (gametrailers.com) Review that I assume they will post soon, to avoid spoilers .

I have created an account solely to show my rage at coming home from work all day avioding the interwebs like hell, slammed the PSN network up and boo whoooo.

Well, at least it will be all the sweeter when we are finally able to download it.

Apart from this, my experience with ME2 on ps3 has been great though. I finally tried the series and... damn. It's legitimately changed me in a good way. There may have been a few bugs here and there but it was a good port with all the free DLC.... DLC that has made my mouth water for more haha! So I am kind of dying here. Sick with the flu and I was looking forward to relaxing and playing Arrival. I just hope it releases sometime today! I am in the same region as Bioware so my timezone isn't different... 1:35 pm right now. I have a while before its too late to download and play it I suppose.

But man oh man. I hope the DLC isn't like this when ME3 comes out.

Bioware already gave it to Sony. We're waiting on Sony right now.

They always do a PSN Store update on Tuesday, though, so we'll get it when the same time they release everything else.

Just about. GT absolutely loves spoiling games in their reviews. I used to revere GT, back in the old days when it was like 4chan, until it turned into a giant troll station. That and the fact that Geoff Kneighley is a complete d*uche. Just look at that guys face <_<

Heard all of the vibes coming from online and the xbox com so grabbed it on release date and I think I've ploughed about the same amount of hours into it as i have F:NV ( Which is a dayaamm lot ) and yes as soon as I heard about Arrival I was like a young lad again in the build up to christmas day ( WELL not exactly like that but you get what I'm saying here ) and now after today coming back ( The Mrs had gone out knowing that another night of Shepard was the television viewing for the night ) and on last check 5 seconds ago and STILL no sign!! * Insert baby wailing sounds*

I think you'll get to see it for yourself today Keefster pal. It's near on 21:00 hours here buttttt thankfully I booked half a day off work tomorrow so I don't have to be in 'till 15:30.

Not expecting it until tomorrow now. Shame because I have a lot of work to do tomorrow and will not really have the time until late Thursday so I was really hoping to get into it tonight.

I would say let's hope Sony improve but I doubt they will get much better on the update speed.

I just decided to do a PSN search for arrival and there it was. Downloading now.

I'm happy I decided I was going to just buy some guns for fun and cover some anomalys on my new playthrough, and then finally there it is! At least we got it today. 3:51pm in my time zone.

Confirmed. It is not listed under add-on's or anywhere that makes sense BUT . . .

use the PSN search by title feature and it pops up. Downloading now.

How-To:

• Go into Playstation Store
• Using the d-pad push up until you have selected the icons at the top of the screen. These are various PSN tools. One of them is a search tool. Select it.
• Enter in the word Arrival.
• Change to search by Title
• Submit
• Pay, download, play!

16% there. 27 minutes left. Hopefully it doesn't take a nosedive as everyone starts trying to get it.

I just went to DLC from the ME2 main menu. That worked as well. It doesn't appear when you just go to standard add ons? Strange

Arrival just went up for me on PSN. I think 6pm is the standard release time for me here in Ohio(Eastern Time).

The UK/EU PSN store updates on wednesdays. So I'm guessing it'll come in later today(think 16:00/17:00 or later).

I understand that Bioware and EA are not in control of when it goes up but putting stuff out on the release date is fairly important.
If I were Bioware (or more likely EA) I would be on the horn to Sony getting some sort of recompense. You set the release date not them, they are just the merchant and it is their responsibility to put it up at the right time.

If I was bioware I'd be pis*ed about this shabby treatment given to us Europeans from Sony and would be straight onto them and I wouldn't stop until they released it.

Yea I can understand if it's some generic DLC that is coming out then there is probably certain guidelines as per when they can have it on general release but with a game with the magnatude of ME, plus all the it's just come over to Sony we will provide the best platform to experience ME on guff they have been coming out with, they as a major company should really know better.

1 more chance Sony has from me now ( this pending that we actually get Arrival today ) as I'm fed up of this blatant bias against Sony Europe otherwise I'm going to have to swollow the bullet and got to the dark side ( at least I'll get to blast ME1 though I suppose )

I've been raging at Sony but as per the norm, I havn't heard a dicky bird.
