Hello, I recently bought DA2 and I was searching around the web about mods, and after the initial disappointment of modding not being as much as Origins I found that rewards mod about adding item rewards for quests...
Anyways, I know the override folder still exists and everything, so when I was exporting with GFF editor, something caught my eye. The abi_base.gda file was there and able to be exported, now I've looked through it, it doesn't tell you much, basicly everything except the names, cooldowns, and costs are in code.
(Sorry this is a little longer than I had planned on)
My question is, if I change around some of the cooldowns or costs and save the gda to the override folder, will that change it in the game still?
Question (NOT request) about mod and/or modding in DA2

Yes it will!
It'll even show the correct modified cooldowns/costs in tooltips. So no .tlk editing is necessary

Just another note:
- Costs for sustained abilities represent the percentage of mana/stamina they reserve.
- Costs and cooldowns for upgrades will reduce the cost/cooldown of their base ability by that amount.
