I noticved a problem with his quest earlier, though I didn't have a problem at all the first time I played.  I met Isabella in the Hanged Man and went to the meeting point, but when we went to enter the chantry, I couldnt click it even though the icon was above the door to indicate that's where I should go.  Does anyone know of any bugs around this?  Maybe there is something special I have to do before that point?  I had by this poin recruited everyone except Fenris and Sebastian though I had the quests concerning their recruitment in my journal.  I had killed one of the 3 groups of bad guys in the f irst Sebastian mission but not done anything regarding Fenris at all.

Did you try clicking on Isabella? I played that part last night, clicked on her, thinking I'd get a dialogue, and was warped into the Chantry. They both have the 'active quest' icon, so maybe the game doesn't register the one over the Chantry door.

There is a known 'bug' which happens if u loot the quest item before Isabella says her lines. Re-load to a previous save game and loot the item after Isabella hints u should search the body's for information.

Thanks for your help, everyone. I couldn't post yesterday because sometimes I just can't log in but I got past this problem. Turns out my penchant for looting before fights are fully over isn't very sensible!
