I took her out of pity, seems like she'd quickly get herself killed or sold back into slavery if left to her own device. Fenris didn't seem offended after I said I intended to pay her for her service.
Off-topic, they really screwed her face...
So who took the slave girl to spite Fenris?

I took her in but gave her a salary. Fenris seemed fine with that.

Douche Hawke took her and didn't pay her.
The rest of my Hawkes either send her to the Chantry or keep her as a paid servant.

I did. I thought that was better than leaving her at the mercy of a harsh world she knows little about, let alone are capable of living in. And of course, it did increase my rivality with Fenris, heh. I wonder what became of her in the third arc though? Bodahn talks of her as if she's still there, but she's nowhere to be seen in the house...

Took her in as a servant I wonder if she will know how to actually use the money I use to pay her.

I gave her a job cos it seemed the right thing to do even though my Hawke was pretty bad sometimes.

I gave her a job. Fenris apologized to me when I told him.

I took her in but I payed for her and I think I avoided some rivalry points with Fenris by telling him that she isn't a slave because I'm paying her and she can leave whenever she wants...then Fenris had a really awkward moment, I liked that part of dialog it felt good to prove my companion wrong.
