I made this HNF just to try becoming queen, but at the Landsmeet I don't even have the option to propose myself as queen along with Alistair!!
Coercion is maxed and Alistair is friendly (never romanced).

I didn't talk to Anora until right before the Landsmeet was called, though.
Could that be the issue?

If you're HNF and he's friendly, you have the option "Alistair will be king and I will rule beside him."  Well, you always have that option, but he'll accept if your HNF with coercion of 2 if he's hardened, coercion of 3 if he's not.  (only if he's in love is it an autoaccept).

Ok, solved, I tricked Anora in thinking that I would have supported her then I turned on her and when asked, I declared that Alistair and I would have ruled together

Before, I tried to support Alistair from the beginning so I was given no choice, and I could not have a say about who was about to rule as the throne had already been assigned

Ah, Alistair just accepted it -- I get it now.  Yeh, hardened Alistair will always accept if he kills Loghain unless he's either engaged to Anora or in love with the Warden.

if my HNF is in a relationship with Alistair, do i still need to make a deal with Anora or will the 'rule at his side' option always pop up with an Alistair LI?

No, you do not.  IF Alistair kills Loghain, IF he is hardened, he will accept the kingship unless:

He's in love with the warden (adore isn't good enough) 
He's engaged to Anora.

It's why HNM who want to marry Anora should not harden Alistair.

so he wont accept the kingship if he is in love with the Warden? or did you misuse 'unless'?

As I get it, he will accept the kingship if it was "arranged" by supporting him before the Landsmeet and is hardened. Anyway, I killed Loghain myself.

If he's in love with the Warden he won't accept the crown, unless the warden proposes it..right?

No, no!

Alistair in the conditions I listed will not automatically accept the kingship -- he WILL accept it if the warden proposes it, but the warden has the chance to propose it. IF he is hardened and IF he kills Loghain and IF he is NOT in love with a HNF and IF he's not engaged to Anora he will accept the kingship without input of the warden.

As long as the HNF has the choice given to her who to appoint, just pick, "Alistair will rule and I will rule beside him."
