Where can I find the official patches for baldur´s gate 1 & 2

if you need the European versions, i could upload the Throne of Bhaal Patch; (Shadows of Amn Patch, if you dont have the Expansion)
and for BG_I (+ ToTSC) i have the latest INTERNATIONAL versions

btw: if your readme.txt says: >>Baldurs Gate II: Thron des Bhaal™
Version: 2.5.26461<<, then u should be up to date //EDIT: hmm my Patch.exe says it's 26498, thus the readme is talking crap :>

The troubleshooting stickies in this forum have links to the patches at Sorcerer's Place. If you have the GoG versions then they shouldn't need patching and some collections apparently also include the patches on the disk.
