Okay, I would like for there to be a location where "we" as players made certain choices in DA2 we either regretted or chose by mistake.

For me, the best moment was with Fenris when his sister set him up in a trap.  I saw the option "Take him" and thought I would send Fenris to attack his one time "Master" like other companions have done.  But nope, I apperently chose the option to give up my companion to the enemy.  No other option came in to take it back, so I just went with it.  Not my best "Champion of Kirkwall" moment...

How do you mistake "take him" for "attack"?

It's actually not that uncommon of a battle cry; I fell into the same trap, but since I emphatically did NOT mean to give Fenris over to a slaver (I hadn't even questioned him breaking his word to Hadriana because I consider slavers deserving death), that decision was swiftly reset. I normally don't do that and live with the consequences of what I've done, but I wasn't about to just hand Fenris over to slavers.

Quite easily if you ever watched anything on TV at all. There's been plenty of times when the person in charge has told his subordinates to "take him" and it didn't mean for the badguys to take one of the subordinates but for the subordinates to capture/attack the bad guy.

You can say take him and then change your mind, good for rivalry points.

Short version of "Take him down."

I didn't think that - but it's not at all unbelievable.

Why can't the just caption what's in the dialogue... reading is too hard, I know.
