Is it possible to change all sustainable toggles cost to 10% instead of some being 30 ?

1. Grab pyGFF and run the editor
2. In the menu : file->export, browse to a file in you dragon age 2 install folder /packages/core/data/2da.rim
3. Pick abi_base.gda in the list
4. Save as abi_whatever.gda in your documents/bioware/dragon age 2/packages/core/override
5. Grab gdapp
6. Use it to open the file you just saved.
7. Find the line corresponding tothe ability you want to edit, and the column "cost".
8. Edit the value
(optional, recommanded for public releases) remove any line you didn't change
9. save and exit
10. restart the game

i'm tryin to change the stamina drain per swing from berserk but i can't make heads or tails of what to change

That's almost certainly located in the combat scripts. Can't edit that without a toolset update (unless you're a very dedicated hacker maybe, then I guess one could edit the compiled scripts but ugh...)

me? a hacker? pffft all this stuff looks like gibberish to me oh and for the record yes setting the "cost" of sustianables to 0 does make them free to maintain
