Do we have any news from BioWare to fix this?

I was able to unlock my Insanity trophy(thankfully) but the ones that specify we have to kill (x/20) people a certain way do not show up when I'm trying to incinerate and brawl enemies down.

I'm afraid to continue playing and not unlock the "No one left behind" or "Power Gamer(reach level 30)" trophy once I meet the requirements.

I didn't have any problems before the recent patch, would deleting DLC and patches and reinstalling the DLC fix this?
