I loaded this add-on after the 3 years have passed. Once, I loaded after his scene w/ the woman from the chantry, I try to click on the chantry board but can’t get it to open up. Also the exclamation point is high up on the board. I tried going back to a previous save but it still shows up high above & will not allow me to open as well. I am able to get the caption up near the exclamation point so I believe I have a good lock on it. I would think he would come past the estate later or see him somewhere else but in the Journal the quest is still on the Exiled Prince quest is still on there and it tells me to come to Hightown by the chantry during the day and when I Mark it the exclamation point is still fixed so I take it that there is a glitch.
Also, there has been some other funny stuff that has occurred but very minimal. For instance Markers go up for villains but once I kill them they don’t go away until I hit start and enter back into the game. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Well, there is a quest for Sebastian in Act 1, so maybe it's bugged.

The Exiled Prince questline starts in Act 1 (After 1 year), maybe activating the DLC past that causes trouble.

Mystifies me why Sebastian wasn't inclusive on release then these peeps wouldn't be having these problems with DLC.
