What do you get for collecting all of the swords? Some of them are found in barrells or rubble. Others I've seen in vendors for 3 sovereigns! I get 30-45 silvers for collecting these swords but what do I finally get if I collect all of them?

Don't ask for gold and you get 1,200 or so XP a sword (there's ten swords). When you return all ten swords you get a high level weapon based on your class and skillset.
Totally worth getting the ten swords.

Don't know. I asked for money the first time and got 40 silver. Loaded the game asked for nothing and got a ton of XP points. I never asked for money again.

Usually being modest in video games gets you higher rewards, even if they canonically would be metaphysical.

I didn't ask for gold, i asked for exp and i got quite a bit per sword, so i think it's worth it just for that.

not really, if you look, you dont make as much money as you have to pay to buy the swords. there are like 2 qunari swords you have to buy at 3 gold each.
