Oh noes, nobody is "looking for my feedback". But for yours? Sweet.
Did DAO have choices that led to a different conclusion other than killing Archie? Must have missed those different endings. As for the rest, it's already been adressed numerous times.
Yes, mine and the other people's response are being solicited in the OP. Your 3-4 posts in a row of inane gibberish attempting to tell people why their opinion is wrong was not. But going by your syntax and command of grammar you are a rather dim 4th grader so get some slack.

Isn't rather telling that you harp on my grammar and syntax with this insult to the English language? Really, it's getting tiresome. Getting personal is not very convincing, dearie. It actually damages your "cause" further. Spewing personal insults....yes, that makes you VERY intelligent and profound.

Its bad because its a rush job made to appeal to dragon ball z fans.
Its clear that anybody who didn't like DA:O likes DA2, which leads to the question as to why they were waiting for the the game in the place.
where in the world do u get dbz from? there's no farting around for 20 episodes prior to every fight like in dbz

Old as in old fashioned? I think not. I absolutely loved n enjoyed ME2. Or you mean old in age? Prolly older than you, at 23 years. Outdated?.. I don't even know how you have so much insight about me
Oh yes you are so intellectual

Oh yes you are so intellectualSo intellectual that mundane fetch quests excite you. If that's evolving with the times..No thank you, I'd rather be outdated and enjoy old fashioned games. Witcher 2, don't disdappoint me!
Extremes on both sides here. IMO disliking this or any other game has nothing to do with being old or outdated. If that were so, I should loathe DA2 because I'm 30. I love both DAO and DA2. Mundane fetch quests don't excite or bother me, I usually do not do them, be it in DAO (Riddled with "Find 15 toxins for X" and "Get 5 health poultices for Y" ) or DA2. (There were some of them, but I preferred the secondary & side quests here. Except for the "Lost this?" scenarios." )

My favorite "Lost this?" scenarios were those quests where you return some guy's dead body and the person you return it to says something like "Oh my, how did I ever misplace that?"Persephone wrote...

Just let them have their little brood pit of hatred for the game while we actually spend time doing something useful or fun. This is the reason I don't even come in the general discussion forums anymore. They are polluted with some people with seething hatred for a game developer because they didn't make a game just the way they wanted it. (Yes saying you should take your game and defacte on it and throw it out as a poster so delightfully said in another thread is quite unbelievable)
Just because people have negative feelings about the game doesn't mean they are wrong or have lost their priviledge to post their opinions here, but the huge hate fest that has taken over most of these forums is quite disgusting. I have had plenty of meaningful conversations and debates with polite and mature people that did not like the game and never resorted to any of this non sense. (Most of them in the spoilers section which is restricted to people that have the game registered and are willing to see spoilers as they have actually played the game.)

They don't mind being unable to unequip their weapons.
They don't mind being unable to equip any weapon they want.
They don't mind enemies spawning on top of them.
It seems to me that singleplayer RPGs are being invaded by an MMO crowd, for whom all that matters is combat, combat and more combat. There is, however, a lot more to a good RPG than endless waves of attackers.
Also, as someone else pointed out in another thread:
Specialists required, generalists need not apply.
All this is typical of the MMO crowds Tank/Healer/Sneak concept, where you have to make these classes work together. Obviously some people find that to be a lot of fun. It is, however, completely ruining the experience for other people, such as me. It feels "unbelievable", in lack of a better term, that a warrior is to stupid to hold a bow, or pick up two daggers. It breaks the immersion.
The ridiculous amounts of enemies spawning out of nowhere has the same effect. In fact, when I tried this game, there was a part where a really sad and heart-breaking event was taking place. But for some reason this had to be interrupted by an absurd amount of undead spawning all over the place, again and again and again, until the credibility and immersion into this moment had utterly and completely vanished.
Dragon Age: origins had it's fair share of flaws. DA2 sems to have taken these flaws, enhanced them, put them on a piedestal, and promoted them as virtues. It's depressing.
All I can hope is that some other company will pick up the torch, as it seems like Bioware has decided to no longer cater to those who dislikes MMOs and combat on steroids.

But the things that bother me most are these:
It is not a role-playing game. Because it has no roleplaying. The dialogue wheel and the voiced Hawke prevent that, because Hawke continually says stuff I don't want her to say. My forehead is sore because I face-palmed so much. In a RPG you don't need to second-guess your own character, you know how they feel, how they act, what their personality is like. Like an actor playing their role, you play your character. You become your character. The Warden in DA:O was voiced. By me. I spoke the lines, that's what role-players do. I was never bothered by the other characters not reacting as I assumed they would - misunderstandings happen, and my sense of humour seems to be so strange that most of my jokes fall flat IRL too.
When I was a newbie at D&D, I said things like, "I ask the barkeep for news." The gamemaster looked at me and said, "Owlet, please roleplay your character." and I was like, "Oops. Sorry. Hey, I'd like an ale. And is there any juicy gossip you can tell while I drink it?"
Now do you know what I mean?
Another thing was that I couldn't for the life of me imagine why I would want to stay in Kirkwall. I was steering Hawke through the streets after the expedition, and I just wanted her to go home to Ferelden. What was keeping her there? I didn't feel a connection to anyone. Not the brother who joined the bloody templars, not the mother, who never showed any love for Hawke and kept whining about Bethany even after ... oh, spoiler. You know.
I wanted nothing more than to leave!
Every Warden I've ever played (never could make myself go near the dwarves) had a motivation to stop the Blight besides the Grey Warden thing. Cousie had that whole "noblesse obliege" thing going on, as the daughter of a Teyrn she had been raised to feel responsible for her people. The mage was a bit of a bleeding heart and wanted to keep her fellow mages in the tower safe, especially the kiddies. The Tabris wanted to keep her community safe, she knew that nobody but her would give a flying fig about the elves in Denerim.
There was no such motivation for Hawke. And when the white lilies/Frankenstein thing (was that vague enough?) happens, I was like, now I really want to GTFO.
This is why I don't like the game. And before anyone here makes any remarks about how much my use of language sucks - I'm not a native speaker. When you speak my first language as well as I do yours, we'll talk.

The hatefulness started with mass effect and dao and just keeps getting worse as bioware puts out new stuff just a buncha morons being troll if you hate bioware games so go make you own damn game and quit polluting the forums and let us actual bioware fans enjoy our forums and mods need too bust down on the unhelpful people yes you can hate and and not like the game without being complete jerks about it.
This is not true. If people dislike this game they have the right to express themselves. So you call all the people who doesn't like the game for trolls? Then I call you a fanboy, and that's even worse.
Its people like you who make a forum worse, since your opinion is always the correct one. The people who doesn't have the same opinion as you are trolls and jerks. YOU are the troll here, just so you know.
Here's an advice for you. Let people dislike DA2 if they want to. I accept that you like this game, and you have to accept that I dislike this game. Or do you want to be a dictator?

This I agree with. I've read some VERY good (No pun intended) negative reviews that were neither hateful nor trolling. I believe the moment people settle for accepting what you just said, the storm here will calm and mature, interesting discussion will remain.
