I'm in my second playthough for DA2 and have romanced anders before and done his quest "Dissent" but on this playthought i can't get it for some reason, does anyone know as to why? Note I have romanced with Fenris on this playthough though im unaware as to if this has anything to do with it. If anyone knows how to get this quest your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help and time.

it's his act 2 personal quest. I think it triggers at a certain point through the main plot. If you do some of the main questline then the companion quests open up a few at a time.
