 So I'm trying to set Anders up with a nice healing/buffing/debuffing build and tactics and I'm wondering how Dispel Magic works with tactics.

I want Anders to cast Dispel Magic anytime the enemy has some sort of magical buff, but the only options avaliable are "Enemy has Any Buff Spell".  Doesn't that mean that non magical buffs such as a rogues songs or a warriors buffs won't be removed?  Because I don't want to waste mana trying to remove those buffs when they can't be because they aren't magical effects?
