I did Merrill's last companion quest and The Keeper ended up getting possessed and we murderd her. When we came out of the cave we had to end the entire Dalish Clan.
Based on how that went down and my other dialogue options, I was left wondering...is it possible to do Merrill's last companion quest and NOT kill all the Dalish?
Also, did anyone else think it was strange that after making all this noise about doing it all for her clan, Merrill didn't have anything to say after you and her butchered her entire clan. And did she ever even say what she was trying to accomplish?
Is Killing The Dalish Inevitable?

Choose the option to take responsibility and you don't kill them. They are all asses though, didn't bother me one bit slaying them.

I guess I misremembered then. Could've sworn they just went mental and swarmed me when I said what we did. Thanks for the reply.supremebloodwolf wrote...

They wanted to butcher her, they got butchered. That's simple x'D I warned them to do not... Btw it was pointless to attack us just because their precious keeper was dead
Most likely they wouldn't see Merril again so there was no reason to want her dead.
