As for why the countries like Germany, Austria, and others (apparently the Scandinavians too), weren't there, I'd like to know too.

Did anyone follow the Dutch team? I didn't watch because I didn't want any spoilers (I still regret watching the trailer where you see a certain important person get killed...), but I'm kinda interested in "my" team.
