This is the best PC I could build online within my budget, with the best video card etc I could get. Would this setup run DA2 in at least Medium settings?

It will run okay. you might have to make adjustments in settings like resolution for smoother performance but it shouldn't have much trouble. Da2 isnt all that demanding at mid/low.

word of advice, 4gb total ram is way too little if you're not gonna be running on XP OS. I suggest you push out the extra 100 to 200 to get a good pair of 4gbs to give you 8gb. but if you're running XP then this setup should be adequate, especially since you'll be stuck on dx9 anyway.

I have 3GB RAM on a Windows 7 32-bit (since 4GB on 32-bit is overkill) and that seems plenty for this game. I'm below the recommended requirements and run the game on medium with hi-res textures at 1920x1080.

wtd dudes...
I have the ati 5750 and 4 gig ram on win 7 64 bit and I run with everything maxed on 1680 x 1050 with 2x AA and 4x AS and it's running pretty smooth.
So if ur CPU is good you should not have any problems. (I got and old intel core 2 duo e6600)

Short answer: Absolutely.
I run it on High with somewhat lower specs, High-res textures installed, in 1920*1080, and it is smooth.

Sidenote, you don't require more than 3-4 Gigs of RAM for _any_ video games right now, only if you run dozens of memory-heavy programs in the background at the same time.
