At the beginning of Act II you get a note from a lord that says fund are
going to be transferred to your account to help in Usurping the current
ruler and ultimately placing the Veal family back on the thrown. It
specifies that I should have a balance of 100 sovereigns or greater for
this to work. So far (and I am not that far into Act II) nothing have
arisen from this quest. I really want to buy some Tomes and other
equipment that will require a pretty penny (thus lowing my net balance
bellow the required amount). I just want to know if this is a quest in
the future or just some background information? I don't want to blow it
buy spending money and then not be able to access the quest!

In the last 5 minutes i found a huge stash of money in some old accounts...Sadly they're stuck in some other country and they have crazy fees that i can't pay cause i don't have money outside of the amazingly huge accounts so if you give me a few thousand dollars i can double...Nay triple your input once i get my fortune out.

Exactly. It /looked/ official. It was not an official letter.
