Ok, ive beaten DA2 once already with a romance with Anders and now im on my second playthough. I can't decide who i want a ending with this time so I want a few opinions. Anders or Fenris? Thank You for your input.

Try a rivalmance with either of them.

... huh? If you've already done one, then the obvious choice is to do the other. Any other option is purely your preference, which you should follow above all else. It will come naturally once you figure out what character you're playing.

Yeah, do Fenris's romance just for the sake of variety. I personally happen to utterly adore both of them.

Fenris romance is great.
I did it on the friendship path and it's very gratifying.
You feel like you help him get through a lot and he's a free and better man at the end.
I never romanced Anders but it feels like the opposite.
He gets more "enslaved" with justice and there's not much you can do about it .

I'll vote Fenris for a change of pace. That being said, I...kind of picked Anders again on my second playthrough. *sigh* I'm powerless to resist.

I romanced Anders first, and now I have Fenris wrapped around my finger; but throughout the romance, I keep thinking about Anders. So, even though the Fenris romance is very, very nice, I prefer Anders.

Doesn't help that the two characters are so similar to me that vs threads get wallbangingly irritating as one is excused for doing eeriely similar actions compared to the other.
Minus the Chantry incident. No I'm not talking about that.

I tend to just romance the same person over and over again and get disappointed when I accidentally mess that up, so I say just follow your heart. I prefer Fenris, but I don't think there's a great difference between friendship/rivalry in terms of content. Anders, on the other hand, seems substantially different. His midway rivalry talk is adorable! And pathetic! Later developments are just sad, of course, but the final Questioning Beliefs scene is particularly so.
