So, I went ahead and purchased, downloaded and installed "The Exiled Prince." Got the quest, went and saw the little cinema where you first see Sebastian, all well dn good. However, once he left and I went to click on the Chanter's Board, where it showed a "!", it wasn't clickable. The exclamation point and "The Chanters Borad" were hanging there over it, but there was no clickable point anywhere on it. Trust me, I went over every millimeter. Am I missing something?
DLC obtained, Sebastiasn isn't...

I haven't had the cutscene by the chantry yet - I just accepted the quest via the message you get at Gamlen's house and trotted off to start killing things.

There is an issue in Act 2 if you pick up the Exiled Prince. Currently, load a save from earlier in the act before you picked up the other quests from the Chanter's Board. Then if you go to the Chantry you should be able to pick up the quest immediately. We're investigating fixing it for the patch, as well.
