I even tried redoing this quest with Anders when they just accused me of being the enemy and forcing me to kill them, thinking that he'd be in on the templars helping apostates - didn't make the slightest bit of difference and then Anders helping me kill them all made it feel even more wrong.
Well with me, merill and Anders, two bloodmages and the key figure of the mage underground just walked in on a promage conspiration - clearly a battle to the death is inevitable :|
