Hawke in the Trailer is a mage therefore Bethany would die its just a long shot they might make hawke as a mage Canon but even soo the Trailer just seemed too take away from something i mean the Arishok has killed everyone he kills the Viscount then poof heres Hawke probably watched the Viscount lose his headsth128 wrote...
Wait, why does it mean Bethany dies? I don't recall seeing the deep roads sequence in the trailer beyond the shot of Bartran closing the door on them...

That's not what I meant.sth128 wrote...
If Hawke was truly unstoppable then the game would be boring. In any case by the end of ACT III Hawke does become more or less unstoppable, especially if you got the special rune from Sandals. My mage Hawke (who I modeled after trailer Hawke) was shooting fireballs and lightnings and all kinds of epicness at super high speed. Orsino died faster than you can say "abomination" and then Hawke meleed Meredith to her end.
Huh? The cut wasn't *that* low...Deadlysyns wrote...
I still say Hawke was more Angry the Arishok made him lose a family Heirloom

@ Alex:
What did you mean then? Both DAO and DA2 trailers showed a single battle of (IMO) equal epicness. I don't think it's fair to expect the entire game to be one long, endless epic battle. Besides, there are way more epic battles in DA2 than there were in DAO.

I don't think it's actually blood. First of all, blood would oxidize in air and turn brown after just a few hours. Second, unless Hawke never washes his face, that blood trail should not stay there for years and years... It's not a frigging tattoo...TexasToast712 wrote...
Other than being a blood mage, I never understood the "smear my blood across my nose" part. What is the significance of that and why is it on one of the default Hawkes?

So you agree he's a blood mage then? And the staff isn't broken, at the end Hawke picks it back up and does the glowing-eye-while-walking-in-place-with-burning-hand thing...Deadlysyns wrote...
