Why would you want him back?
I was ecstatic when I exploded him at the end of the game for being a ****** and betraying me. I wouldn't do it to Isabela, though.
Well, if I had the chance. Didn't get friendly enough with her for her to come back.
Why the hell does everyone betray Hawke, even if he does good guy options?

Giving him back to Danarius is a funner way to dispatch of him, IMO. Different appeal.

I got this quest, took him there during the night first, then the day, and the sister has never shown.. Guess it is bugged.

This is an update. Quest finally tiggered after starting one of the main question but had to go the town and not directly to the Hangman for it to do so. I tested it a number of times to check it.
