Is the + health regen stuff seem to be working for anyone else? Even when loaded with all +plus health regen gear and standing next to health boosting Anders - yes real close to him and I have the little status effect symbol, I don't see the health rising.. wtf.. Is this because it's not COMBAT health regen but EXPLORING health regen? Cuz outside of combat, health does fly up quick fast and in a hurry.
