Not sure whether this can be done without the toolset or not, but what bugs me is that some tactics options what the default settings use are not available for custom settings. For example, I may want my tank to charge in with a Scythe ability at the enemies who are surrounding a specific ally. There is an option like this in those "pre-defined" settings (Ally: Surrounded by X enemies), but none such is available when I try to use custom settings. At least not in my game, if someone tells that they have it, I sure want to see it.. Yes sure, I could use it by taking the pre-existing setting and then modify it but this is annoying, all of the options should also be available when player wants to use custom settings.

Seconded, with the added request to include things like 'Being Attacked' and 'Not Being Attacked' (no conditionals). Also, is it at all possible to modify the GUI so that it actually belongs on a PC?
