 Whenever I revive a companion in combat he/she seems to lose their tactics and drops out of combat mid combat, strolling back. It's becoming incredibly frustrating especially on the nightmare difficulty, where death is very common. I don't know any workaround except to simply reload my save and prevent anyone from falling in combat. 

Bioware, fix it please.

Got the same problem, the revived characters aren't in combat mode anymore so I got to give them orders for each round.
