My game works fine while running around, solving quests and so on, but in nearly every conversation the game hangs or gets really slow. It looks like the animations and the sound get out of sync.
The anims slow down/hang and when they are over the sound plays, the next sentence it's the same. Any idea where the problem could be? the game runs in 1920x1200, dx11, very high, no AA, sync on.

phenom II 955be
hd5770
4gb ram

edit: just saw the sticky... this forum is so cluttered and confusing it's almost unusable.
