I've got 3 finished characters that I uploaded but neither of the three shows up in my profile, what's up with that?
How can I fix it?

It can take a while, literally, a while. Some characters are taking over a day, others in a few minutes.

Some people have reported they get better results if they aren't logged onto this site externally (web browser) and others if they click upload several times in the creator. Maybe even try editing them and changing something small, like the portrait and trying again. Don't be alarmed though, it seems that if you hit upload and you don't get an error message, they're on their way.

well, i got an account, can log in, but it never connects to the server to let me upload the avatar, i see others have similar problems



was there no method to fix this issue yet?

it took me about 18 hours to upload but it is finally done

Useful thread. Is uploading something different than saving? I created 3 characters (and saved them), but I can't find an "upload character" button. How am I supposed to do the uploading?

When you're done creating your character and are on the review screen, the upload button is right underneath the portrait.

How about a download button? I had a reinstall and now i have no chars on my pc... sniff

I've uploaded three characters, but a week later they're still not showing. There were no errors during the process. Any ideas?

EDIT: solved - I had to link my bioware account to the EA account for some reason - that might not be the real reason, but once I did that and uploaded again they showed up.

I also would like to know how you linked the accounts.

I have uploaded  chars and they show up in the profile picture selection on the right. i can see the names and when I click on them I only have an empty picture showing.

Apparently, this is not necessary. I have not "linked" my accounts (if this is even possible), but my character profiles have (at last) appeared online. Patience is the key. I'm a happy camper at the moment :-)
