I m using GFF V4..0 editor im trying to look where I can modify how many ability points left for my char.  and specialization points The is there a topic or link to a list or something

Generally speaking, if you're looking for any property (in the broad sense) of your main character, they'll be in playerchar/playerchar_char/creature_stats/statlist
There you'll find a list of properties with their base value and modifier.
To know what each property ID refers to, you must look into your dragon age install folder/packages/core/data/2da.rim and look for properties.gda, and you'll see that talent points are '39' and spec points are '40'
So in your save game's stat list, look for the item where stat_property_index = 39 and 40, and modify the base value accordingly.

Ok Im looking at SAvegame_statproperty_index  it says 50. so what do i do? change it?

Find the one where SAVEGAME_STAT_PROPERTY_INDEX = 40, and change the value of SAVEGAME_STATPROPERTY_BASE to how many specializtion points you want.

Find the one where SAVEGAME_STAT_PROPERTY_INDEX = 39, and change the value of SAVEGAME_STATPROPERTY_BASE to how many talent points you want.

I got IT... Had to level him one level... and look where the attributes are.. why didnt I think of that earlier! sorry now for the items... its kind of a cheat but nightmare was insane to play
