Someone please link a completed XBOX live achivement list for mass effect two,  It would be nice to see that the game does exist and it WAS just a mistake in the manufacturing process.  My disk is spotless and the 360 is new, so what is wrong?

Get a replacement disc if its an isolated issue or try the solutions on the xbox support page support.xbox.com/en-us/pages/xbox-360/troubleshoot/kb/disc-will-not-play.aspx
