I recently had my PS3 crash on me (would not power on), and I sent it to sony to have it repaired. Instead of repair it, the switched it with a refurb model. I know that I should have made a back-up file before it crashed, but I was l didn't.
My question is, if my character profile info in on the site, is there a was to download it, or do I have to play through it again (I really miss my Arcane Warrior)? :innocent:

Nope. Your saved games were system locked. The files on this site according to the FAQ are in a totally different format.
Even if you did back up, I think the back up only works for that PS3. Would have to do something like the new Playstation Plus to truly back up these saves. Don't take my word for it. I just know the saves are "Protected" for some reason and thus can't be copied manually.
