DA3 will take place in Tevinter.

Even if u side with the mages or not at the end game... the end results has little to do with Tevinter as the mages are already free.

This would make the importing easier for DA3 as that the rest of the world has the white divine chantry collapsing and the black divine is still unaffected. (If you side with mages) And if you don't side with mages it still would be the same in Tevinter.

Plus, i think Tevinter would also be a great jumping point for Flemeth and Morrigan as no doubt they will find Elven ruins under Tevinter (The Aluvian question can be addressed)

And if they want to address Quinari or Black City they can use Tevinter as the country...

Sandal is going to Orlais, so that's probably where the third game is.

Cassandra i believe is from Nevarra.

They don't have to find a way to ignore the Chantry crisis because that happens in all savegames. I think it's rather evident that they plan to base the next game around it.

Rivain is my favourite possible DAIII location, by the way.

And the likeliest, because I doubt they would have the whole game take place in Orlais. Accents! 
Unless they get Corinne Kempa and Marion Cotillard to voice all female NPCs, because that's the only way the voices wouldn't grate on my nerves. And for the males... uh.. Jean Reno? Jean Reno is awesome.

I think it's far more likely that the third game will be in Orlais than in Tevinter. The hints in DA 2 point strongly in that direction, from what the Nexus Golem says, to Bodahn saying they'll be going to Orlais when they leave Hawke's service, to the fact that Orlais is the center of power of the Chantry, which is in turmoil.

Wether it is in Orlais or Tevinter is fine by me. I'm just really excited to see more of this world Bioware's building. I'd be also very interested to see what's happening in Antiva. The whole ordeal with the crows is interesting to me as I've always been fond of 'rogue-esque' stuff in fantasy games (like say, Thieves Guild and the Dark Brotherhood in Oblivion).

However, I would like the point out the fact that Sten was sort of an harbinger of war in Ferelden (or so I understood). I specifically remember him saying that a war between Ferelden and the Qunari was inevitable at some point. I really hope that they address this in future games as this got me really interested.

I don't want just Orlais,... I want to be able to go Tevinter, Rivian, Ferelden, and Par Vollen. Great freaking Andraste... that's what I had hope for in DA2. Instead I got Kirkwall and a mountain. I expected that but I would have thought that the developers would at least have us leaving Kirkwall more than once!
Come on Bioware.... You said yourself that this series was about the WORLD OF THEDAS. Make it so and have us explore the culture of Thedas.

They will, they just chose to start the initial games essentially in far-flung backwaters so that they can hype up the rest of the world and thus keep people straining at the slips to get there.

Nah, most likely it will be Orlais since that's where the Divine is and where the Chantry is the strongest. If anything Tevinter would be used if Gaider decides to do the Qunari invasion story.

He pretty much confirmed that wouldnt be happening in another thread as he mentions that the Arishok broke the Llyomerran accord (Neutrality agreement) taking over the city and that the Qunari always respect a deal.

For the love of god no, that will kill DA 3 for me, anyone played Just Cause? (accents are bad) kill me now with a bloody shovel.

Edit: oh F, if the player character has a French accent i'm not playing DA 3 (no big loss of the company) and my friends will be of like mind.

 wrong, bodhan said he and sandel were going to orlais to meet the ruler there, and alistar (my playthrough at least) said they were having in fighting there, and could go to war with ferelden again, so DA3 will be about mage/templar war, civil war, and country war.
