Can someone tell me exactly when you receive the letter from Hubert that begins the Inside Job quest in Act 2?

I completed both The Bone Pit and  Get Back to Work in Act 1, and the miners acknowledge me as their boss if I go to the mine. I have completed Blackpowder Courtesy, Offered and Lost, and most of the side/companion quests, and am currently in the middle of Prime Suspect.

I'm getting a little worried since I'm going for Supplier on this playthrough and I need Inside Job and Cave Crawling to trigger before I'm finished with Act 2. Thanks.

You need to complete Prime Suspect before the quest "Inside Job" will activate.
