In the DLC Return To Ostagar, in the quest where you need to find the king's 4 pieces of armor, I can only find 3. I'm missing the helm. Unless I missed a group of Darkspawn, It doesn't seem to be here. PC version. Is it dropped by a Darkspawn General, or hidden somewhere? Does it require a snowshovel?? I don't have one.

GameBanshee says the Necromancer has it.   I can never remember who has which piece of armour!
