I heard theres a way to respec in game but I can't find it. Anyone know where it is? Wanna change my duel weild rogue into a ranger since i'm finding it alot better than duel weild even without talents lol.

Maker's Sigh potions let you respec your attributes and abilities. You can get them from the Black Emporium DLC for a little over a sovereign, but I don't think they're available anywhere else.

No wonder I couldn't find it...
Any idea if the item works on your companions too? I F'd up and put a point in 2H weapons on that orange haired girl who is a tank before I realized and wanna fix it if I can.

You can use them on anyone you want, buy as many as you want, and use as many as you want. I often use Maker's Sigh potions to respec newly-acquired companions, and give them skills that compliment my playstyle better.
They're also great for messing around with new ideas for your build; just save, buy one, respec, try something new, reload, repeat.

haha yeah I had noticed they tend to assign you talents that suck as default ones when they join that just waste points on the wrong trees.

Just don't save it right after u use it. Use it, check to make sure it worked properly, giving u the correct number of talent points. Redistribute them, then save.

Yep you sure can, just have Merrill in party, open up your inventory, select Merrill then use the potion..
