What are the best armor and weaponrunes for a 2H Tank?

The +35% attack speed (wpn rune) that you get from Sandal is a pretty good one, it helps keeping Threat a lot.
For armor runes, I went for the one that gaves points to all stat (It's called Vigilance as I recall, but maybe I'm wrong).
