Is There A Way To Make Custom Armor or Wepons And Put Them In The Game? Any Help Would Be Appreicated.

Short answer: yes, but we don't know it yet.
Long answer: meshes in DAII work a bit differently than they did in Origins, and no one knows just yet what those differences are. Once people figure out how to make custom meshes work with the new game, there won't be much in the way of custom art appearing in the game.

all the modders r doing just swaping faces or changing textures to other ingame textures. because of that i dont think there would be custom armors etc. without toolset.
