Not as much as I wanted a threesome with Zevran and Alistair. My Warden had both of them in love with her at the end of DAO. (Turned out the trick was never sleeping with Zevran and only raising his approval over the romance rivalry threshold right at the end of the game. Managed it completely by accident.)

I always thought it would be fun to make Alistair stand guard at all times just in case Zevran did try to assassinate you ...

I think you mean "assassinate" you. Though really, it would depend on which Hawke was lucky one to be caught in the middle of that. If it was my warrior she'd be busy showing them just why she's the alpha dog in the pack.
