In DA:O  after finishing the campaign, you were able to start a new game with that save data, allowing you to keep level and items. Does DA2 have this option? Because right now the Post Campaign Save only allows me to either stay at Hawkes home or travel to the Black Emporium with a party. 

Any answers to these questions would be great thanks.
