When does he say this?

If Hawke pursues the rivalry path with Sebastian, choose the flirt options during his last dialogue. I hope that helps!

Rival romance ending.... if you get full rivarly, at the end he says that you get to marry him, but its kinda more polictical.. >.>

This is great, can't wait to see it finished!  I definitely prefer his rivalmance outcome, which is what my rogue Hawkette will be doing with him - I romanced Fenris on my mage (first) playthrough since I didn't have the DLC yet. >_>

Chapter Seven is done, Chapter Eight ground to a halt and I had to switch gears with something else entirely. I'm poking at it now, but I'm not getting anywhere with it as of yet.

You can flirt with everyone but must make sure to not get the corresponding achievement "Flirtatious."

mmm i was about to ask if when you romance Seb do you have to NEVER flirt with anyone...I wouldn't use the flirt option on other characters anyway just to be safe through.

Eh.... Im not so sure thats true....

Because... well... I was playing my mage to test out the Fenris romance.. and she had made up with fenris at the time.. and at the end quest/dialogue of him, She just touched the "prince needs a princess" button.. and she got it... o.o;.... that was the ONLY time she flirted with him...

And thats why I much prefer the friendmance to the rivalmance...
Rivalmance... is ... polictical....

As I wrote a few posts above, all you have to do is make sure to NOT get the Flirtatious achievement.

I suppose this makes sense, since the convo leading up to the chaste marriage proposal has him telling Aveline that he wants Hawke to become Viscount (which only happens on the templar sided ending).

Bah, I just wish there was some way to get a happy ending with him.

I would like to get the first phrase (what you get siding the mages), it has to be a friend or a rival romance? or doesn't care the romance only the side?

come to think of it nothing result in the other LI either since Varric say they all went their seperate ways. But the Varric probably don't know what happens to Hawke after he left her/him.

All that is offered is the same that players were offered in Origins as well. Every companion ends up leaving except your love interest who travels with you for a time. Take it for what you will and just pray the plot flags copy over better than they did for DA 2.

btw they'll probably just treat Sebastian like the optional loves in ME2. Maybe they'll add more of them in DLC heh. Think of Sebastian as a hetero Kelly Chambers.
