Is it the hair? Because I didn't get it. I was trying to remember if Scrooge McDuck had a Scottish accent. I think he does. It's just a rather weak one... And the "Mc" in his name would suggest Irish to me.

I think I'm overanalyzing it.
It's just supposed to be cute, right? Like Chibi-Sebastian? Eh...

I don't know anything about modding and I don't think I will do/use any mods.

I'm playing a male character now and so I tried to create a male hawke's appearance as close to sebastian. Too bad that the selection on the skin color didn't come close as Sebastian but I think I like my selection here.

I think it's just supposed to be ridiculous.  It's not just Seb, though.  Hawke is now the Champion of Quackwall, and poor Anders got Goofy of the Gooferfels

Hmm.  Well, there is the fact that Kirkwall is basically Silent Hill/Hellmouth--if you get all the Gang of Three codex entries, they describe how the Veil is so thin in Kirkwall from centuries of blood magic and slavery under the Tevinters that demons can even possess non-mages and sometimes wander across the Veil.  (Which makes me wonder what ****** decided to house the Circle in the blighted GALLOWS, but that's another story.)  Allure's not alone--there was also Xebenkeck, Hybris, the demon in Followers of She, and twenty million frillion other demons summoned up during fights.

I wonder what happens to a demon that you "kill" in the mortal realm.  Anders seems to imply in his dialogue on Justice thaty they just go back to the Fade.  In that case, I suppose Allure could continue to mess with both Sebastian and Starkhaven, though she lost much of her leverage when Hawke basically annihilated the Harrimans.

I really want Hawke to woo him during my next play-through but I like my entertainment chock full of sex and violence. XD

The "chaste marriage" thing wouldn't bug me so much if he wasn't a former rake. He slept around in his younger days and yet he's unwilling to sleep with the woman he loves?

Sebastian isn't a full romance. The only thing you'll get is a touch on the shoulder and an 'I wish things had been different.'

i like him in a non romance kind of way... hes pretty cool always trying to do the right thing but is torn between his vows and taking back what is rightfully his families... hope that a DLC is going to be available where your helping him take starkhaven!!! that would be so awesome!
