That's actually a really good Sebastian mod. The default version freaks me out with his googly eyes.

Eh, I'm not really a fan of default F!Hawke's eerily bright eyes, but on Sebastian, it works for me. That mod would hold a bit more appeal if it didn't muck with his delightfully imperfect nose (and also, that looks a lot like Nate's under-lip scruff). But again, I know I'm biased. I just heart him the way they made him.

You know, I'm attached to both. They both have their appeal for me. I like to think the dark-eyed Sebastian is the one that takes over when I write Aquila.

I'm usually not a fan of the super bright blue eyes, but they really draw me in with Seb. I also like his cute crooked nose - he probably got punched in a bar fight during his wild days.

Ah, agree! For me, those eyes just suit him.  *sigh* This one is swoony!

But, indeed, the original model is more open and bright eyed, fitting his brother of the chantry optimism. The other would also fit a more mature Prince Seb (which we'll see of more of in Aquila...??  please...?:D).

I'm not fond of many of the unnatural eye colours that are available now. I've not played a female Hawke but I don't like it on the Viscount either (or on Ser Alrik). There are some freaky greens and pale colours too.

Incidentally, I've just started playing the Witcher 2 and got part way through the prologue when I ran heard Sebastian's voice coming out of another character's mouth (Count Tailles). That was quite amusing. Seems as though there are quite a few DA/DA2 VAs in TW2, mostly in smaller roles.

Actually, that's not Anders - it's male Hawke, modded so he has Sebastian's model. He's responding to a Celeste-modded Isabela. :3

That's why I didn't recognise that scene! I0ve never played a male Hawke ;)

Nice pictures :)

Aquila is coming along, as is Obeisance. To quote my dad, "It'll be done when it's done, and not a moment before." :P

(I've totally been writing Fable fic for the past week. Damn you, Ben Finn.)

Heh. =] Kind of like with Alistair's nervous "Looks like rain" comment. That's one of my favorite banters-Anders acting totally paranoid and Seb trying to deflect. "You're judging me!" "I was looking at the clouds."

That just makes it funnier, because he's trolling Anders.

Actually, I doubt that, as far as the nervous shuffling goes. He's a reformed rake, after all, and no matter what, old experiences would make him confident, at least. I still imagine that it would be tender and a sweet experience, because Sebastian has become quite the gentleman between bouts of waffling in the Chantry.

I would love for Starkhaven DLC to give us two Sebastians, depending on which romance option you took:
1. Friendmance - You have a Sebastian who is reluctant to take the throne, but will do it because he has no choice anymore. He marries Hawke in the eyes of the Chantry in Starkhaven, but for all intents and purposes, it's still a chaste marriage, because he's planning on rededicating himself to the Chantry.

2. Rivalmance - This Sebastian is more confident in his decisions, more willing to make up his mind, and he will listen if he thinks the advice is good. He pushes to take Starkhaven, for he promised Hawke 'no less than a prince', and he means it this time. He would take his princely duties seriously, including his earthly marriage to Hawke, because he's already broken his vows to Elthina and himself. (She does say this in Act...2, I believe. I will have to double check. She doesn't want him to make spurious vows that he would break all over again.)

I think way too hard about this stuff. <_<

Oh, he's experienced, but it's been quite a while. Even if, for some reason, he wanted to...get back in the game, perhaps he'd feel out of practice. Rusty, if you will. And considering what he says when you first flirt with him...it wouldn't be so much a "Oh Maker a woman is touching me what do I do" as a "You know I took a vow stop torturing me" sort of thing.

Assuming we do see him again, I'm curious if the friend and rival paths will lead to two different new versions of him, or if they'll just be two routes to the same destination. I have no idea if he intends to go back to the Chantry considering...well, Anders.

But yeah, Elthina did say something about Sebastian going back and forth "like a weathervane". What happens at the end may be the clencher; being a brother may no longer be an option, even if that's what he really wants. I know he tends to go back and forth, and that annoys some people, and yes he does need a push or two...but I can't help sympathize. Life has pretty much done the same thing to him.

Yes. Hell to the yes. On all counts. Never have I been so enticed by a nose.

I've never had the patience to mind-bang Sebastian... I think his accent is super awesome though. I'll have to try and romance him later as a rival.

When exactly does his romance dialogue take place? I've read the options on DragonAge Wiki, but I don't think it said exactly when it happens.

You can flirt with him starting from the conversation following his first quest in your company, 'Repentance', but the "Romantic dialog" is during his 'Questioning Beliefs' in Act 3. So you have to make it all the way thru Act 2 without romancing anyone else.

But it's totally worth it.

Oh okay, that's what I thought. I've just never had the patience/always thought I had missed the opportunity in Act 2. Thanks though, I'll be sure to try and woo him the next play around.

Hey, I don't think I got a chance to flirt with him after "Repentance". I'll get him in act 3, though. It's such a chore getting through act 1 without him.

Eeee! I'm in love with hoody-up Sebastian. ♥ There needs to be a "toggle hoody" on and off option, for sure.

Now *that* is some fine Sebastian garb right there (as opposed to the Conan-like stuff I've got him wearing right now). Mind if I ask what armor it is that he's sporting?

The hood is from the "Vow of Pride" set :
http://dragonagenexu...ile.php?id=2819
Anders is wearing the robe from that set.

Sebs armor is the Inquisition armor that Cassandra wears. I changed the appearance of the Coterie type armor to look like the Inquisition.

He does look very nice in a hood.

Sebastian doesn't deserve to be on the second page!

I love him so much it's insane. The more I play DA2, I'm like "Yay Sebastian!" and Fenris/Anders get more and more "meh". I wish they had done more with him romance, instead of making him a "Oh, you didn't romance anyone, so you can haz this" type of deal. He's just waaaaay too awesome for that!

I would squee like a rabid fangirl during "a Murder of Crows", when Zevran offers Hawke some wink wink nudge nudge, if a Rivalmanced Sebastian grabbed her all protectively and growled "I can handle giving Hawke what she needs."

I agree with all of this, I have no urge what so ever to romance either Fen or Anders.  I definatly think once the chantry blows, Seb will be a completly different person.  He'll put his chantry life behind him and focus on being a prince. So I guess in a way, Thanks Anders - without  you  I would have been stuck in a chaste marriage.  Now I can get some nookie.

You know what i'd like to see? If a Friendship Sebastian would get persuaded to forgive a Rivalry Anders who joins the champion who sides with the Templars, i mean he's all religiously, sure he's young headstrong and abit compulsive even, but if the Maker forgave mankind even after Andraste was killed, surely the champion could convince Sebastian that Anders can be forgiven as he is on a path of redemption?

I'd personally love that, i know he will nomatter what get his army from Starkhaven, but maybe in future DLC?
