Is this the best staff in the game? You get it buy purchasing from the black emporium and only costs 152 gold..Lol was being sarcastic its extrememly expensive and not much to look at just a blueish staff however has very usefull attributes and such.

Depends on your build... I didn't buy that one because I was a blood mage and there was a MUCH cheaper staff (around 13 gold) that boosted blood magic and lightning. Since lightning was my primary attack power, it was must have.
It's like that Cold Blooded staff... sure it was nice, and the price tag (100) made is seem even more awesome, but I didn't use any cold spells at all, so it would have been worthless.
Hell, I didn't even wear champion armor! The Robes of Unblemished Cleanliness were far superior based on my build.
