I think the only thing that makes Ambrosia being linked to Isabella tough at the moment is the Isabella Friendship Bug. It can be tough to push her to rivalry depending on the type of Hawke you want to play and you can't keep her around for Act III if her bias towards you is neutral. The "perfect" playthrough will just have to wait for a few of the bigger bugs to be addressed.
