I have just finished my first playthrough and the ending has left me in awe. The way Bioware have pulled this off in such a short time amazes me.

Anyway, the story ends in a Cliff-hanger as many of us know. Now the game tells us that Both the Champion and the Warden has dissapeared. Two great legends in Thedas' history: I expect alot of DLC and one expansion to come out, and until it's all released I'm not touching DA again, I want a PERFECT run through of both Origins and II.

DA3 will be something huge I am sure of it, the game just leaves us there blank and leaves us all with a big WTF like AC:Brotherhood, I really hope Bioware are given the time needed to make DA3 their strongest title since BGII.

I despise the concept of a work - be it a book, a movie, a TV show episode, or a game - being used solely for the purpose of "leading up to something big".

Yeah. I've compared this game to the second Matrix movie before, something to waste time until the third one (not that I think DA3 will suck as badly as Matrix: Revolutions, god forbid.) That does feel rather cheap. I mean it's still a good game but, well, I've lost all hope of a true Origins sequel.

I just hope they slow down the development cycle now so DA3 can be something completely new and great.

And hey at least Brotherhood advanced the overall plot even though it was sort of a half sequel setting up AC3.
