Anyone else had this quest fail to complete for you? I met up with Harley, killed the blood mage and all his cronies, but the quest won't complete. I went back to talk to Harley again, and she just keeps going through how they are pinned down and can't do anything, even though nothing is pinning her down anymore. I've collected everything, killed everything, there is no quest marker anymore, but the quest won't complete.

I haven't seen a confirmed bug for this yet (though that doesn't mean one doesn't exist). The only time I've seen folks on the forum have trouble is if they miss a straggler; be sure to run up -and- down all three paths as their are mobs down each of the paths (with most in the middle).

It may be worth redoing the quest (using the advice above) if you have a save that predates it.

I had this. Only solution is to load a save before entering the wounded coast.

I've combed the entire area repeatedly and it's a deserted wasteland now, except for Harley and her crew. Has to be a glitch. I have played a ton and finished several other quests since giving up on that one, so I'm not loading a save game prior to that quest.  I guess this will be an unfinished quest at the end of the game. Hopefully it's not pivotal.

Same here. Unable to attack several of the Raiders.

Had to reload an earlier save. I think it happens if you do the Lost Patrol quest but the Raider's Quest hasn't been activated.

Edit: Just tried it out and it seems to work. Do the Lost Patrol quest; report back to the Qunari on the Docks, come back to the Wounded Coast to do the Raider's Quest.

Having the very same problem. Don't actually have the Lost Patrol quest anymore (I must've completed that already) and thus the above doesn't apply for me. I'm hoping I get the chance to finish it later, because I was hoping to get every quest done in this playthrough.
